Asbestos surveying carried out to your requirements
The purpose of the asbestos surveying is to identify the presence and extent of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in your commercial or residential property. The survey usually involves sampling and analysis, to confirm the presence or absence of asbestos. Samples taken are then analysed by an accredited laboratory and the results are used to compile a report of the presence or absence of ACMs within the premises. This process must be completed before the removal of asbestos can take place.Â

Types of Asbestos Surveying
Asbestos management survey
Our asbestos surveyors will survey your building, mainly underfloor covering, above false ceilings and lofts for the presence of asbestos. Samples are then taken by our surveyor under controlled conditions, which will then be analysed to confirm the presence of asbestos. The sample results and the findings during the asbestos management survey will be put together to collate the asbestos report.
Asbestos refurbishment and demolition survey
In this survey, asbestos will be checked in areas where refurbishment work will be carried out. During this survey all areas including hard to reach areas will be inspected using advanced tools and techniques. We can do this survey even for a single room. The asbestos refurbishment survey should be carried out only in unoccupied areas to minimise risks to people on the premises.
